At Esmartway, we are committed to providing high-quality Baju Melayu, Baju Kurta, and other traditional Malaysian clothing for men and kids. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist with returns and refunds under the following conditions.

1. Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange if:
✅ You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
✅ The item is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.
✅ You contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.

Returns are NOT accepted for:
❌ Change of mind after purchase.
❌ Items that have been used, altered, or washed.
❌ Custom or personalized orders.
❌ Sale or clearance items.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  2. Provide Proof – Attach clear photos or videos of the defective or incorrect item.
  3. Return the Item – If approved, you must ship the item back within 7 days. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except for wrong or defective items.
  4. Exchange or Store Credit – Once we receive and inspect the item, we will send a replacement or issue a store credit for future purchases.

2. Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available only if:
✅ The item is out of stock after purchase.
✅ You received a defective or incorrect item and do not want a replacement.
✅ Your order was lost during delivery (subject to courier confirmation).

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 2-5 business days after approval.
  • You will receive the refund via original payment method or store credit.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the refund is due to our mistake.
